Q: How do I sign up to be a member?
A: Find the link in the menu that says, become a member. Choose your membership level, follow the steps and after we process payment information, you’ll be able to start tapping into all the perks that come with your Patio Theater Premiere Membership.

Q: When do I get my collectable Patio Theater Premier official membership Certificate?
A: By default we mail certificates out to the members billing address. If you purchased the membership as a gift for someone else, it will be also be mailed to you.

Q: I’d really like to buy the membership as a gift for someone. Is that allowed?
A: Yes! Simply fill in the person’s personal information you’d like to buy the membership for (Name, Email, etc) in the sign up process and once you reach the billing information part of the sign up process input your own billing information. The member will be able to use their own info for the membership. We ship the membership certificate directly to the billing address put in but you can write us at patiomembership@zenithmusicgroup.com and provide an alternative address for us to send the membership certificate to.

Q: Do I get a membership card?

A: Yes! You’re digital membership card will always be accessible by sighing into your Patio Theater Premier Membership account through the wild apricot portal / app.

Q: Do I need my membership card to enter the theater?
A: Yes, You will need to present a valid membership card in order to take advantage of any theater entry providleges.

Q: Is there a family membership plan?

A: Not yet, we are working on adding one. However, any families with children 5 years and younger are welcome to attend all age appropriate events when accompanied by an adult Member.

Q: Can I bring a guest to an event?
A: You’ll be notified via email and through the app about events you’re allowed to bring non-member guests to.

Q: How can I claim my free tickets to movies and concerts, as well as get member discounted tickets and access to pre-sales?

A: Your Patio Theater Premier membership number will act as your unique promotion code to claim your tickets and unlock certain discounts as well as pre-sales. Simply visit thepatiotheater.com and click on the event to see if it’s marked with any member perks. If a perk is available simply enter your membership number at check out to take advantage of the offering.

Q: Where do I access my account information?
A: You can access your account information at anytime from the Wild Apricot Member application or by visiting patiotheatermembers.wildapricot.org on your internet browser and successfully logging in with account credentials.

Q: I need to cancel my membership. How do I do that?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Members can access and edit their account information, payment settings and suspend their account via the Wild Apricot Members application or by visiting patiotheatermembers.wildapricot.org on your internet browser and successfully logging in with account credentials.

Q: I'm a member & have children under the age of 5. There is no membership option for them. Do they get in free?
A: Yes! Children 5 & under get in free to most events under the supervision of an active Patio Theater Premiere Member over the age of 16.
